This hole is located in a field Southwest of the Sacred Forest Meadow.

Takes Link to ledge where a Golden Skullutla is hidden.
LOCATION: Kakariko Graveyard
This hole is located in the far left part of the graveyard.

Takes Link to platform where a heart piece is hidden inside of a crate.
LOCATION: Dodongo's Cavern
After bombing the boulder that blocks the entrance to the cavern a bean plant appears outside.
AFTER MATURES
Takes Link up most of Death Mountain. This is useful for the trading
sequence when you have to get to the top of the mountain. The leaf also
allows Link to grab a heart piece on a niche above the cavern.
LOCATION: Zora's River
This hole is located right next to the Magic Bean Seller.
AFTER MATURES
Takes Link almost to the entrance of Zora Domain. You can also use it to grab a piece of heart on top of a high platform.
LOCATION: Lake Hylia
Hole is right next to the Lakeside Lab.
AFTER MATURES
The leaf will take Link to roof of lab where a heart piece is located.
LOCATION: Death Mountain Crater
Next to the Death Mountain Crater warp location

Takes Link up to one of the lcones where you can get a heart piece.
LOCATION: Gerudo Valley
Ledge linig the river. Next to the Gerudo lady and the cow.
AFTER MATURES
Takes Link up waterfall so that you can get a piece of heart.
LOCATION: Desert Colossus
Hole is on the left side of the temple.
AFTER MATURES
Rides Link up so that he can access a heart piece on top of the arch.
At night it takes Link to a Golden Skulltula that is located on the tall dunes.
