The Legend Of Zelda ; Ocarina of Time Characters
Link
Link is the games main character. Although he appears to be a Kokiri, he is actually a Hylian. Link was always an outsider, and only had one true friend: Saria. Link eventually must go on an epic quest to save Hyrule!

Zelda
Although the game is called "The legend of Zelda, Zelda does not play a large role in this game. You meet Zelda in the Hyrule's Castle Courtyard. She asks you to help her defeat the evil Ganondorf, and as an adult she turns out to be the 7th sage. She uses her power at the end of the game to help the other sages seal Ganon away.

Impa
Impa is Zelda's Caretaker. She teaches Link "Zelda's Lullaby" in the early stages of the game, and later on she turns out to be the Shadow Sage.

Ganondorf
Ganondorf is the leader of the Guerdo Thieves. Although he pledges his alligiance to King Hyrule, he secrectly wants to take over Hyrule, and control the power of the Tri-Force. At the end of the game, Hate, Rage, and evil fully consume him and he transforms into his true form: Ganon.

Ganon
Ganon is Link's final enemy in the game. He is the enraged form of Ganondorf, and wields two wicked blades. Eventually, after a long fight, Link managed to help the sages lock him away.

Saria
Saria is Link's only true friend. At the beginning of the game she gives Link his first Ocarina, and later on she is revealed as the Forest Sage.

Mido
Mido is the pompus leader of the Kokiri's. He seems to enjoy bossing people around, and making everyone else do the work he should be doing. He has never liked Link, especially because Saria likes Link.

The Deku Tree
The Deku Tree is a powerful magic entity and the guardian of the Kokiri's. He lives in a small grotto in the Kokiri Forest. Inside him is your first dungeon. After defeating it he gives Link the first of 3 spiritual stones: The Kokiri Emerald.

Darunia
Darunia is the leader of the Goron Race. He is a larger-than-average Goron. Link be-friends this massive creature by clearing out Dodongo Cavern. As a reward he gives Link his second Spiritual Stone. As you progress through the game you learn that he is the Fire Sage.

King Zora
King Zora is a rather large Zora, and King of his people. He asks you to help save his daughter, Ruto, after you give him a letter writen by here. Later on, after you've un-freezed him, he gives you the Zora Tunic.

Princess Ruto
Princess Ruto is a fiery Zora that has a crush on Link. After saving her from Jabu Jabu (the fish god) she rewards you with the 3rd and final Spiritual Stone. Later on, in the Water Temple you learn that she is the Water Sage.

Rauru
After retrieving all the Spiritual Stones, Link pulls the Master Sword from the pedestal, then wakes up 7 years later to find this Sage standing over him. Rauru is a kind hearted sage, and informs Link what he must do to save Hyrule. Before Link leaves, Rauru gives him his first Spiritual Medallion.

Shiek
Shiek is a mysterious figure for most of the "Adult" half of the game. She shows up now and then to teach you songs, and later on is revealed as Princess Zelda.

Malon
Malon is the daughter of Talon. She has a horse, Epona, and teaches Link the song to make Epona like him early in the game. Later on, after you've gotten Epona, she thanks you.

Talon
Talon is Malon's father and owner of Lon Lon Ranch. Eventually he loses the Ranch and Indigo takes over, until Link over throws him.

Nabooru
This Geurdo is second in command. You befriend her after you manage to free all the carpenters from Geurdo Fortress. Later on she is revealed as the Sage of Spirit.

Koume & Kotake
Koume and Kotake are evil twin sisters, and deadly Sorcereress. You must battle them in order to clear the Spirit dungeon. After a vigerous battle they blend together to make Twinrova.
